VP of Engineering

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively contribute to system architecture, solution design, and code reviews
  
• Provide hands-on guidance to build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications
  
• Drive adoption of modern technologies such as cloud-native architectures, microservices, containers, CI/CD, and modern frontend frameworks
  
• Solve complex engineering challenges while ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards
  
• Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams across functions
  
• Own end-to-end product delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and business alignment
  
• Partner closely with Product, Design, and Business stakeholders to convert product vision into execution plans
  
• Build a strong engineering culture focused on innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement
  
• Optimize engineering processes, tools, and workflows for reliability and efficiency
  

Key Skills :

• 10+ years of overall engineering experience, preferably in product-based organizations
  
• Strong prior hands-on experience in .NET and/or Java web application development
  
• Expertise in modern technology stacks including:
  
• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  
• Microservices & APIs
  
• DevOps & CI/CD
  
• Databases & distributed systems
  
• Modern frontend frameworks
  
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex product releases
  
• Ability to balance technical depth with strategic leadership
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
