Vice President Data Operations

As a dynamic and experienced Leader in the Data & Integration Operations team at our company, your role will involve a mix of leadership, execution, and collaboration. Ideally, you should have experience in fintech or financial services. Your responsibilities will include: - Own day-to-day operations and be the primary point of contact for the Data & Integration Operations team. - Lead and mentor a cross-functional team encompassing data analytics, support, and operations. - Drive the hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of local talent. - Cultivate a values-aligned culture emphasizing trust, autonomy, and excellence. - Collaborate closely with leadership in product, engineering, and finance to ensure strategic alignment. - Oversee the performance and reporting for the local data analytics team to ensure insights drive business decisions. - Contribute to site-level planning, operational processes, and delivery tracking. Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of people and team management experience. - Previous experience leading a team of 25+ individuals. - Strong background in financial services, fintech, or related operational roles. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-growth environments. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset. - Full-time residence in Coimbatore, with occasional travel to other Arcana locations. It would be nice to have experience working with or managing distributed/global teams and be comfortable navigating the fast pace and ambiguity of start-up environments.,
