As the Vice President Branch Sales Manager (BSM) at International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB), you will play a crucial role in leading and implementing changes to effectively deliver the business strategy. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and mentoring a team of Premier Relationship Managers (PRMs) to achieve business objectives and branch performance measures - Ensuring the highest standards of risk management, sales quality, control, and compliance - Driving the growth of IWPB business for the branch in line with strategic plans - Increasing Wealth Management Services within the database by promoting Financial Review and Need-Based Sales - Monitoring sales activity management information to coach the team and achieve business goals - Building a prominent profile in the community to enhance HSBC's reputation and brand - Supporting Wealth Managers in resolving customer complaints and generating leads through branch activities To excel in this role, you should have: - High energy and a tenacious approach with excellent sales and people management skills - Strong customer-driven focus with an emphasis on meeting needs and service standards - Strong interpersonal communication skills for motivation, coaching, and team leadership - A strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability - Ability to respond to and lead change on a personal and team level - Experience in planning, organizing, and coordinating initiatives to improve team performance - Up-to-date knowledge of developments in the mutual fund and insurance industry Additionally, you should possess: - Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on inspiring, influencing, and negotiating effectively - Proficiency in coaching sales techniques and implementing best practices in sales management - Strong planning and organizational abilities - Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making - Effective problem-solving skills to address challenges promptly In terms of qualifications and requirements, you should have: - Post Graduate (Masters) Degree - 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar or leadership role - Relevant certifications in financial planning or wealth management are advantageous HSBC is committed to providing a workplace that values all employees, fosters continuous professional development, and offers opportunities for growth within an inclusive and diverse environment.,
