Immersive XR Developer (VFX, 3D, AI & VR/AR Mapping)
Full-time | Gurugram Office | 6 Days a Week (10 AM – 7 PM)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Immersive XR Developer to design and develop next-generation interactive experiences using VFX, 3D design, VR/AR environments, projection mapping, and AI integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Unity, Blender, Unreal (optional), and Oculus SDK, along with strong visualization, compositing, and storytelling abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop immersive VR/AR experiences for Oculus and desktop simulators.
• Build and integrate 3D models, motion graphics, and VFX compositions into real-time environments.
• Use Unity/Blender/Canva to produce engaging visual narratives and prototypes for AI-powered simulations.
• Work on projection mapping, spatial and stage visuals, and interactive environments for installations and education labs.
• Collaborate with AI and software teams to embed computer vision, gesture, or generative AI models into XR environments.
• Optimize 3D assets, lighting, and animations for performance across platforms.
• Research and implement the latest AI-driven tools for design, scene creation, and rendering.
• Manage end-to-end creative production from concept to deployment.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Unity 3D / Blender / Unreal Engine (Unity preferred).
• Experience with VFX, ARCore/ARKit, Oculus SDK, and projection mapping software.
• Good understanding of AI tools for art generation, motion synthesis, and scene creation.
• Strong eye for design aesthetics, lighting, and cinematic storytelling.
• Familiarity with Python/C# scripting for Unity and hardware integration.
• Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, and compositing tools.
• Excellent creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Animation, Multimedia, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in VR/AR or immersive media development.
• Enthusiastic about AI-driven creative tools, 3D visualization, and educational simulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,459.12 - ₹44,093.73 per month
