To prove out the jobs in the VMC machines
Define, characterize, and lead the implementation of new processes on the M/C.
Assure sound engineering and validation principles are applied to process design and setups.
Develop processes to be trouble-free and ensure success every time (zero defects).
Monitor and maintain process controls.
Lead process improvements while mentoring others to improve processes.
Research new materials and methods of development
Organize and maintain existing engineering records
Perform physical testing on engineering prototypes
To create innovative and cost-effective ideas for the manufacturing process
Identify customer’s needs and opportunities to improve the manufacturing process
Understanding manufacturing processes
Understanding engineering, design and other technical information
Strong problem-solving skills
