Verification Specialist

Your responsibilities will include conducting employment, education, and reference checks while ensuring that searches are processed according to client requirements and guidelines. Maintaining consistent quality and timely delivery, processing, analyzing, and documenting information, meeting SLAs and TAT, upholding integrity, discipline, and confidentiality as per company policies, collaborating effectively in a team, and being willing to work overtime when required. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of HSC or equivalent qualification, possess 1 to 2 years of experience in an International BPO and in Voice Process, and have basic computer knowledge.
