Vendor Operations Manager, Trust and Safety

Role Overview: As a Trust & Safety Operations Manager at Google, you will be a key member of the Trust & Safety team, focusing on identifying and addressing the biggest challenges to product safety and integrity. You will leverage your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and user insights to protect users and partners from abuse across various Google products. Your role will involve collaborating globally and cross-functionally with engineers and product managers to detect and combat abuse and fraud cases with urgency, ultimately promoting trust in Google and enhancing user safety. Key Responsibilities: - Manage projects and operations on a global scale, monitoring progress, risks, and team performance, and effectively communicating with teams, executives, and stakeholders. - Utilize internal tools and processes to drive automation, enhance work efficiency, and improve quality. - Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within Trust & Safety, including Product, Policy, and Engineering teams, to drive projects that enhance vendor operations" quality, product safety, and adherence to Service Level Agreements. - Oversee Purchase Orders (POs) and Invoices across vendors and ensure smooth financial operations. - Handle sensitive content or situations that may involve graphic, controversial, or upsetting topics. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or a related field. - Proficiency in SQL and Python. - Certification in industry-standard operations or Project Management (e.g., PMP) preferred. - Experience in leading projects in a dynamic global environment and adapting to ambiguity. - Ability to manage data quality processes, identify improvement opportunities, and work with extended workforce business processes or vendor management. - Strong stakeholder management skills, collaboration abilities, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail in a changing environment.,
