Role Overview: As a Manager of New Product Development, Partnerships & Alliances at BigCity, your main responsibility will be to acquire and manage high-value partnerships with experiential businesses across India, such as salons, spas, restaurants, and nightclubs. Your role is crucial in both acquiring new partners and maintaining long-term partner engagement, while also contributing to the creation of innovative Experiential Rewards. This position is highly target-driven, making it ideal for a self-motivated professional with a strong background in sales and business development. Your success in this role will be determined by your ability to establish impactful partnerships, retain long-term associations with partners, and contribute to the innovation of BigCity's Experiential Reward Portfolio. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, approach, and secure strategic partnerships relevant to BigCity's product categories and client campaign requirements, focusing on sectors like salons, spas, restaurants, and lifestyle venues. - Serve as the main point of contact between BigCity and external partners, effectively representing the brand and its client objectives. - Collaborate with campaign managers, product teams, and marketing teams to align partnership strategy with campaign needs. - Lead negotiations, develop partnership proposals, and finalize contracts with potential partners. - Monitor partnership performance to ensure high engagement and retention across partner accounts. - Generate innovative product ideas and co-branded campaign offerings in partnership with external partners. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities to guide partnership strategy. - Ensure timely delivery and execution of partner commitments within campaign timelines. Qualifications & Skills: - 3+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, B2B sales, and business development. - Proven track record of achieving high-value targets and successful commercial outcomes. - Experience in marketing, brand tie-ups, loyalty programs, or promotional campaigns is preferred. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,
