JD :Vehicle Elect- Electronics

BE Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Minimum of 5+ years related experience in Electric vehicle LV/HV component like HV batteries and chargers' selection and application., LV --- Electrical Distribution System, Ckt Schematics, instrument cluster , sensors , ECU Integration

Job Responsibilities:

Knowledge on Electrical vehicle LV & HV architecture, PDU, Auxiliary Controller, Motor control Unit (MCU), VCU & BMS, high voltage batteries, EDS, Control Circuit schematics, instrument cluster, sensors , ECU Integration, Lamp & Signaling devices, ITS , ADAS, RADAR, Camera, Infotainment system ,
Charging station protocols: onboard and offboard
Knowledge on Diagnostic Protocols, vehicle functions (Logic) and CAN tools and ECUs integration and calibration.
Design, develop, and implementation of low voltage and high voltage electrical harnesses in electric buses , Trucks , tippers and Tractor
LV and HV harness design calculations, schematic creation, 3D harness creation, drawing preparation
Proven experience of proto and production vehicle testing and validation as per Automotive Industry Standards (AIS)/ SAE / JIS /UBS-II norms
Involvement in new product development, CFT for reverse engineering, on-field issues, localization and dealing with suppliers
Development of Concept documents , Design reviews , DVP / DFMEA
Knowledge of Problem solving Analytic tools like -- 8D/Fishbone / Why- Why /
Tools/ Software required: AutoCAD, CREO, Windchill, CATIA , PCAN , CANOE
