About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Vegetable Cultivation Specialist to lead, manage, and optimize farm operations with a strong focus on high-yield vegetable production. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience, technical agricultural knowledge, and the ability to implement modern, sustainable farming practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end vegetable cultivation cycles (land preparation, sowing, crop management, harvesting).
• Monitor soil health, irrigation schedules, nutrient management, and pest/disease control.
• Supervise farm workers and ensure daily agricultural operations run smoothly.
• Implement best agricultural practices, including organic/precision farming techniques when applicable.
• Maintain production records, crop performance data, and inventory.
• Coordinate with input suppliers and support procurement of seeds, fertilizers, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and training to field staff.
• Optimize yield and reduce production costs through effective farm management strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10–15 years of proven experience in vegetable cultivation.
• Degree/Diploma in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agri, M.Sc. Agri, Diploma in Agriculture, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of crop cycles, agronomy, pest management, soil science, and irrigation systems.
• Experience in large-scale or commercial vegetable farming preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and handle farm operations independently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and willing to work in field conditions.
• Immediate availability to join.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
