Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Lead Height is a Kolkata-based digital marketing company helping businesses grow through creative marketing, branding, and digital transformation. We’re expanding our in-house creative team and looking for a talented Video Editor to bring ideas to life through engaging visuals and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, websites, and ad campaigns.
• Work with the marketing and design teams to create compelling brand stories.
• Add effects, motion graphics, transitions, and music to enhance video quality.
• Manage video assets, maintain archives, and optimize content for digital platforms.
• Collaborate on concept development, storyboarding, and post-production editing.
• Ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of all video projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio or sample work required).
• Proficiency in software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Basic understanding of social media video formats and trends (Reels, Shorts, Ads).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Media, or related field (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with good editing skills are welcome).
