Key Result Areas :

Compliance & Risk Management

Governance & Reporting
Create automated reporting channels, deliver timely executive status reports, and prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulators.
Operational Excellence
– Drive automation projects, Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and business impact.
Collaboration & Enforcement
– Work with corporate counsel and HR to enforce standards; review colleagues’ work and provide compliance guidance or training.
Regulatory Awareness
– Stay updated on regulatory developments and best practices in compliance control to ensure continuous improvement.
Technical & Functional Expertise
– Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience in Accounts Payable/P2P cycle; ability to implement governance mechanisms and automation solutions.
