About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Health Cloud to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that support critical business processes within the healthcare domain.

✨Key Responsibilities

🔹Develop and customize Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and REST/SOAP integrations

🔹Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) and enhance UI/UX in Salesforce

🔹Implement and support Salesforce Health Cloud features and data models

🔹Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices

🔹Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Admins) to deliver end-to-end solutions

🔹Perform deployments using CI/CD tools and Salesforce DevOps standards

🔹Ensure data security, HIPAA alignment (for healthcare), and platform integrity

🔹Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Salesforce applications

✨Required Skills & Qualifications

🔹Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Aura

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud

🔹Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs)

🔹Solid understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and platform best practices

🔹Experience with Salesforce DX, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines

Salesforce certifications (PD1, PD2, Health Cloud, Admin) are a plus

🔹Healthcare domain knowledge

🔹Experience with security protocols, patient data workflows

🔹Exposure to other Salesforce Clouds (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
