We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will analyse processes, gather requirements, and deliver insights that drive successful project outcomes. This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
🔹Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements, specifications, and process flows.
🔹Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings.
🔹Translate business needs into actionable technical specs.
🔹Identify gaps and automation opportunities.
🔹Recommend solutions that improve efficiency and scalability.
🔹Work with product, development, QA, and business teams.
🔹Act as a liaison to ensure clear communication.
🔹Support planning, scope definition, and prioritization.
🔹Conduct testing, UAT, and validate solutions.
🔹Ensure deliverables meet objectives and quality standards.
🔹Maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process maps.
🔹Prepare dashboards and status reports.
🔹Stay updated on BA practices and emerging technologies.
🔹Mentor junior business analysts.
🔹Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
🔹Master’s degree is a plus.
🔹5–8 years in Business Analysis.
🔹Healthcare or enterprise software experience preferred.
🔹Strong in requirements, process optimization, and stakeholder management.
🔹JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart.
🔹SDLC, Agile, Scrum.
🔹SQL/reporting tools (preferred).
