In this role with the Value Engineering Hub in Hyderabad, India, you will be responsible for creating, refining, and enhancing value models that articulate the strategic, financial, and operational benefits of Infor solutions. You will collaborate with presales teams to develop compelling value propositions for sales opportunities, providing financial justification for technology investments. Additionally, you will conduct in-depth research on prospective customers, analyze industry-specific metrics, and serve as a trusted advisor to various stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create, refine, and enhance value models in collaboration with presales teams - Develop compelling value propositions (ROI) for sales opportunities - Conduct in-depth research on prospective customers - Perform financial analysis and benchmarking - Undertake comprehensive research on industry-specific metrics and best practices - Serve as the value expert and provide guidance on Value Engineering Hub offerings - Communicate complex value propositions and technology benefits to internal teams **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Finance, Operations, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in value engineering, technology presales, consulting, or similar roles - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Effective communication skills, particularly in engaging with North American stakeholders - MBA or Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred - Proficiency in financial analysis, cost-benefit analysis (ROI), and value selling - Ability to translate technical features into business benefits - Knowledge of ERP, process automation, AI, and emerging technologies use cases Infor is a global leader in business cloud software products, providing industry-specific solutions with a focus on user experience, data science, and seamless integration into existing systems.
