We cater to the valuation requirements of corporates, specializing as a Registered Valuer under the class of Securities & Financial Assets enrolled with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). We offer independent and fair valuations for various business requirements. Role DescriptionThe Valuation Intern will assist in conducting business valuations including DCF valuation, intangibles valuation, valuation for mergers and acquisitions, IBC valuation, AIF investments valuation, etc., utilizing analytical skills and financial modeling techniques. They will also assist in valuation processes and provide support in finance-related activities. QualificationsBusiness Valuation and Valuation skillsAnalytical Skills and Financial Modeling skillsStrong knowledge of FinanceExperience in conducting valuations and financial analysisExcellent communication and presentation skillsAttention to detail and ability to work with complex dataProficiency in valuation software and Microsoft ExcelCFA I cleared candidates or MBA (Finance) or Inter CA shall be preferred
