Valuation Analyst

You will be part of a dynamic team in Bangalore, focusing on Valuation and Portfolio Monitoring. Your role will involve: - Understanding the economics and value drivers of the fund's positions - Developing financial models for valuations and analyses - Reviewing financial statements, KPIs, and cash flow models - Compiling documentation to support valuation assumptions - Maintaining relationships with portfolio companies - Conducting research on various topics - Supporting external audit teams and managing annual valuations audits - Generating reporting metrics and maintaining the database - Coordinating with stakeholders such as portfolio companies, investment team, auditors, etc. - Handling fund accounting and investor reporting - Preparing materials for investor communications - Updating valuation policy and governance framework - Building reporting outputs using Power BI or similar tools.,
