Validation Lead

Role Overview: As a Validation Lead at the company, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and site validations. Your role will involve understanding drawings across various disciplines, identifying discrepancies, and mitigating execution risks. You will play a crucial part in finalizing the BOQ and delivering error-free validation reports within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). Key Responsibilities: - Validate drawings, BOQ & site to ensure accuracy and quality. - Understand drawings of all disciplines (Modular & Non-modular KWS, furniture, civil, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and verify quantities in the BOQ. - Identify design discrepancies and anticipate execution risks. - Highlight any missing line items in the BOQ. - Finalize the BOQ after resolving design discrepancies and conducting thorough validations on-site. - Provide detailed and accurate validation reports within the specified SLA. Qualifications Required: - Diploma/B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or Architecture. - Minimum of 3 years of contracting experience (1 year execution + 2 years QS) in residential/commercial projects. - Ability to assess design feasibility, visualize on-site conditions, and foresee execution risks. - Proactive approach with strong prioritization skills. - Demonstrated high level of ownership and accountability. - High learning aptitude to adapt to evolving project requirements. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
