Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled and dynamic professional with proficiency in Chinese & Japanese language and a strong background in engineering and projects. The candidate will play a pivotal role in technology transfer initiatives, ensuring seamless communication with Chinese counterparts and managing all phases of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Should have knowledge of erection and commissioning of plant & machineries such as reactors, cooling tower, Boiler & other utilities.

To execute Green Field & Brown Field Projects.

Exposure to project management of putting up projects consisting digitalized control plants like DCS / IMCC / remote nodes operated chemical process plants.

Expertise in conceptualization to execution including technical specifications, procurement materials, stage inspections, scheduling, progress monitoring, site management and manpower planning

To manage all techno-commercial aspects of projects during execution stages, delivering projects strictly adhering to schedules & specifications while meeting cost & profitability objectives

1.Technology Transfer:

• Collaborate with Chinese & Japanese counterparts for seamless knowledge and technology transfer.
• Ensure technical documentation, designs, and operational knowledge are accurately translated and transferred to the needs of the Neogen project team and its associates.
• Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, calls, and factory visits with Chinese stakeholders.
• Translate technical documents, contracts, and emails from Chinese to English and vice versa.

2.Project .

• Work closely with the Project Engineering Team to facilitate smooth communication with Chinese counterparts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, resources, escalation & risks throughout the project lifecycle.

.Communication and Liaison:

• Act as a key liaison between internal teams and Chinese suppliers, stakeholders, and partners.
• Communicate with the Chinese stakeholders on regular basis & resolve the technical queries/issues raised by customs authorities

Experience: (Minimum Requirement)

• 5- 12 years of experience in projects, technology transfer, or related roles.
• Must Have at least last 3 years hands-on experience in working with Chinese & Japanese stakeholders or on China-based projects is preferred.
• Preferred to have candidate who has travelled to China/Japan.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under tight deadlines.

Language Proficiency:

• Chinese & Japanese Proficiency: Read & Speak High , Written Chinese – Moderate .
