Job Title: UX/UI Designer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will help shape the design of our web and mobile products from ideation through to final implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other team members to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirements.
• Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Refine and improve designs based on user feedback and testing results.
• Ensure consistency of design across all platforms by creating and maintaining design systems, style guides, and UI libraries.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools to ensure designs are modern, innovative, and competitive.
• Communicate design ideas and concepts clearly to stakeholders, developers, and other team members.
• Work with front-end developers to ensure seamless design implementation and pixel-perfect delivery.
• Continuously evaluate product designs to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects (web and mobile).
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, and/or InVision.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and conducting usability testing.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts is a plus.
• Experience designing for both mobile-first and desktop-first interfaces.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale to stakeholders.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of experience working as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in a product-focused or tech environment.
• Experience working with Agile or other iterative development methodologies is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
