Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design and user interface development, with a passion for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement designs and ensure a seamless user experience.
Develop and maintain design guidelines and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continually improve design quality.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design approach.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design ideas clearly.
