UX/UI Designer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing UI/UX for mobile and web platforms, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. Your role will involve user research, usability testing, and collaborating with product/development teams to maintain design systems and style guides. You will be building user interfaces using agreed design systems in FIGMA or Adobe XD, gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with project managers, and creating UI mockups and prototypes. Key Responsibilities: - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals - Collaborate with product/development teams - Maintain design systems and style guides - Develop UI mockups and prototypes - Ensure consistency in style, fonts, colors, and images - Present design concepts to internal teams, stakeholders, and clients - Identify and troubleshoot UX problems - Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback - Prepare and present rough drafts - Create original graphic designs such as images, sketches, and tables Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3-6 years of experience as a UI/UX designer - Bachelor's or Master's degree - 3-6 years of experience in FIGMA - Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design Additional Details: The job is full-time and permanent, with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. Applicants must have experience in FIGMA, Adobe XD, mockups, high-fidelity wireframes, web and app design, and HTML conversion. Proficiency in English is required. The work location is in person.
