UX Specialist

As a UX Lead, you will be responsible for driving UX strategy and research efforts across various projects. Your main tasks will involve conducting user research through interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc., and transforming the insights gathered into actionable recommendations. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups utilizing tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Collaboration with product, engineering, and visual design teams will be crucial to bring design concepts to fruition. Your role will also include the analysis of user behavior and product metrics to guide design decisions and enhance user experiences iteratively. It is essential to advocate for accessibility, usability, and responsive design principles throughout the design process. A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions for both web and mobile platforms is required. Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, Axure, or similar software is necessary. While coding skills are not mandatory, a solid understanding of HTML/CSS/JS fundamentals is beneficial to grasp design limitations and possibilities effectively. Moreover, effective communication skills will be crucial as you will be required to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
