UX Designer

Job Title:

We are seeking a talented and creative UX Designer with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of color theory, typography, and design principles. Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma is essential. The UX Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics, preparing mockups, and developing prototypes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. UI/UX Design & Prototyping:

   Lead the design of intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, focusing on enhancing user experience and usability.

2. Prototype Development:

   Create interactive prototypes and wireframes using tools like Figma to visualize workflows, test usability, and gather stakeholder feedback early in the design process.

3. Mockup Preparation:

   Produce realistic, high-fidelity mockups to present final concepts to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives and user needs.

4. User-Centered Approach:

   Collaborate with the Business Development and UI/UX teams to understand user requirements, define personas, and design solutions that prioritize functionality, accessibility, and ease of use.

5. Brand Consistency:

   Maintain design alignment with the companys brand guidelines across all platforms, ensuring a unified and professional look.

6. Graphic Design Support:

   Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print mediaincluding social media posts, banners, advertisements, and promotional materialsto complement UI/UX deliverables.

7. Software Proficiency:

   Leverage Figma for design and collaboration, Photoshop for image editing, Illustrator for vector work, and Canva for quick turnarounds.

8. Trend Awareness:

   Stay updated with the latest UI/UX and visual design trends, tools, and best practices to deliver innovative solutions.

9. File Management:

   Organize and maintain design asset libraries for easy future use.

10. Communication:

    Clearly present and explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders and clients.

Requirements:

1. Any Bachelors degree.
2. Minimum of 1 year of professional graphic design experience.
3. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Figma and Canva.
4. Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
5. Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and design principles.
6. Ability to prepare mockups and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
7. Good communication and teamwork skills.
8. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
9. Knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus.
