UX Designer

As a UX Lead at Echidna, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in championing the user experience across internal teams and external clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Championing the user by representing customer needs and usability across cross-functional teams. - Driving the UX process from discovery to high-fidelity design systems, ensuring best-in-class designs and user flows. - Leading UX designers, offering guidance on tools, methods, and interaction models. - Collaborating with UI designers, developers, strategists, and clients to create intuitive, accessible, and business-aligned experiences. - Utilizing modern design systems and usability standards to develop scalable digital solutions. - Creating and managing deliverables such as site maps, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, design specifications, and UX documentation. To excel in this role, you should bring: - 5+ years of professional experience in UX Design, Information Architecture, or related fields. - Proven success in leading cross-functional UX efforts in agile product environments. - Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms. - Strong communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction. - Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and mobile-first principles. - Experience collaborating with global teams across different time zones. Nice to have: - Familiarity with design tokens, design systems, and atomic design methodology. - Background in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital transformation initiatives. - Experience working with remote and hybrid teams.,
