• Contribute to the entire design thinking cycle participate in discovery and problem validation activities, lead the design delivery and design validation to meet both user needs and business objectives.
• Deliver design concepts, UI workflows, interactive prototypes, low/mid/high- fidelity wireframes, and specifications of design assets.
• Contribute to the evolution of Adform UX design framework and design system.
• Iterate your design quickly by incorporating feedback from our users and internal stakeholders, using a user-centered design approach.
• Collaborate with Product Management, UX Research, UX Writing, Engineering, and SMEs throughout the product development process to achieve the best-in-class UX.
• Develop internal best practices and drive our UX design forward to ensure the highest design quality standards.

• 5+ years of Experience working in the UX field and a successful track record of building great product user experiences for various products and a portfolio that showcases your work.
• Experience in interaction design and working with design systems.
• Motivation to thoroughly explore and solve meaningful problems to make our users feel understood.
• Attention to detail and ability to approach design challenges with structure, precision, and discipline.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, good communication skills, and ability to ensure alignment among all parties.
• Passion for UX discipline and the ability to demonstrate your extensive knowledge of UX best practices by applying them in practice.
• Proficiency working with Figma or a similar tool.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
