Ux Designer

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer with 23 years of professional experience, with a strong emphasis on User Experience (UX). The ideal candidate will bring expertise in user research, journey mapping, wireframing, and usability testing, while also having the ability to translate those insights into clean, intuitive, and visually compelling user interfaces.

This role is best suited for someone who thrives on solving complex user problems, understands the nuances of digital behaviors, and has a strong portfolio demonstrating a user-centered design approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and design solutions.
• Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to uncover insights and drive design decisions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, journey maps, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design solutions effectively.
• Advocate for human-centered design practices, ensuring that every product decision aligns with user needs and business goals.
• Design intuitive and accessible interfaces aligned with brand guidelines and modern design systems.
• Partner with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and consistent user experience across devices.
• Continuously iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and user behavior insights.
• Stay current with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio showcasing strong UX case studies.
• Strong proficiency in UX design methods: user research, persona development, journey mapping, wireframing, and usability testing.
• Experience with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
• Solid understanding of UI design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus, though not mandatory.
• A passion for creating delightful, user-centered digital experiences.
