Job Description

Responsibilities About the Job Participate in requirements gathering to elicit and define a process and to come up with a plan which identifies gaps and risks. Prepare detailed schedule for an given project by carefully analyzing the efforts and dependencies Meet with Project owners to understand the project and prepare a plan defining the deliverables and scope. Collaborate with cross functional teams across the lifecycle for evolving the concept for a user experience project, putting together functional prototypes and testing the prototype or end-product. Create best in class user experience with elaborate planning and execution strategy.Define visual language for consistent user focus. Participate in user research and testing, gather insights that inform the experience. Create frameworks and style guides for UI. Improve processes that will directly or indirectly influence productivity. Bring thought leadership in engagements with stakeholders, and be a positive influencer about the need for UX in all engagements. Technical and Professional Requirements: Requirements Good communication skills Excellent critical thinking & analytical skills with an ability for problem finding and analysis Demonstrated ability to apply design thinking Ability to collaborate and influence (with and without formal authority) business stakeholders, designers and development teams. Focus on collaboration to achieve outcomes Ability to plan and manage projects with or without guidance and thrive in ambiguity. A design school degree is an added advantage.
