What You Should HaveStrong grasp of UX principles, user psychology, and accessibilityExperience working in tools like Figma, FigJam, Notion, Miro, or similarAbility to present and defend design rationale with logic and empathyA portfolio showing thoughtful UX work, not just screensBonus: Basic understanding of AI-driven design tools or automation workflows
