UX Content Designer

Responsiblities

• Write clear, concise, and useful UX content for our SAAS applications (web and mobile versions)
• Collaborate with UX designers, UX researchers, product managers, developers, and other SMEs to ensure UX content supports the overall user experience
• Create and update content for microcopy, including tooltips, error messages, and other UI elements
• Empathize with users and advocate for their needs throughout the UX design lifecycle
• Contribute to and maintain the UX style and voice and tone guide, ensuring all content adheres to established industry and in-house standards
• Collaborate with UXR to conduct A/B testing, validate content effectiveness, and gather insights for improvement
• Ensure all content is inclusive and accessible, and meets the needs of users from diverse backgrounds and abilities
• Conduct content audits and reviews to identify gaps and areas for improvement in the product
• Work on concurrent projects at various stages of the design lifecycle
• Previous experience with healthcare or life sciences writing
• A background in SaaS (web and mobile)
• Experience working with UX style guides and design systems
• Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for inclusive content
  

Requirement

• Native-level fluency in English (U.S.)
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or equivalent experience in a related role
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• A portfolio of work that demonstrates experience with UX Writing and Content Design
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design processes and methodologies
• Ability to empathize with users and write user-centric content
• Experience using Figma and MS Office Suite
• Openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback
• Ability to think critically about content choices and articulate the rationale behind them
