Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, scalable user interfaces for web applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI using Figma.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to bring designs to life.
• Continuously iterate designs based on feedback and testing.
• Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
  

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design in SaaS based product companies.
• Strong proficiency in Figma is mandatory and familiarity with tools like Adobe XD (rapid prototyping and UI design expected).
• Experience designing user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver under tight deadlines and handle ambiguity.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing UI/UX case studies and design process thinking.
• Prior experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus but not mandatory.

• While the team supports flexibility, deadlines can be tight, and design speed without compromising quality is critical.
