About the Role

UX/UI Designer

Key Responsibilities

• User Experience (UX) Research & Testing

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and user interviews to identify pain points and opportunities.
  
• Translate insights into actionable design improvements.
  

• Information Architecture & Wireframing

• Create site maps, user flows, and journey maps to define intuitive navigation structures.
  
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that clearly communicate interaction and design ideas.
  

• User Interface (UI) Design

• Design clean, modern, and responsive interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
  
• Ensure UI designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
  

• Best Practices & Standards

• Apply and advocate best practices in UX and UI design, usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
  
• Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in UX/UI.
  

• Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs.
  
• Present and defend design decisions based on data, research, and best practices.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience

  : 58 years in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.

• Technical Skills

  : Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• UX Expertise

  : Hands-on experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design.

• UI Expertise

  : Strong ability to create modern, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces.

• Prototyping

  : Skilled in wireframing, prototyping, and creating interactive design flows.

• Best Practices

  : Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and design systems.

• Soft Skills

  : Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience working with agile/scrum teams.
  
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) to better collaborate with developers.
  
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.) for data-informed design.
