Responsibilities Leverage your expertise in Figma to design and iterate on intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring both usability and visual appeal. Develop clear and comprehensive design deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and sitemaps. From initial concepts to final implementation, you'll see your designs come to life. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a robust design system. This includes creating detailed design specifications and guidelines that ensure design consistency and scalability. Integrate UX writing seamlessly into the design process, ensuring that textual content supports and enhances the user interface. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. You'll define and implement innovative UX/UI solutions that elevate the customer experience and propel our product forward. Analyze user feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements for the user experience. Participate actively in design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to continuously refine and improve designs. Stay abreast of the latest trends and techniques in UX/UI design to ensure the application of best practices. Skills & Qualifications - Bachelors degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, or product design, with a demonstrably successful track record within the SaaS industry. Strong proficiency in Figma is essential. Experience with other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus. Proven ability to create high-quality wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, user flows, and sitemaps. A strong understanding of UX writing principles and their impact on the user experience. Excellent communication and collaboration skills you'll be working closely with cross-functional teams. A team player with a strong work ethic and a "get things done" attitude. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process would be a plus.
