Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer with 35 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on expertise in UX thinking, is capable of understanding and solving complex problem statements, and can design intuitive wireframes and high-fidelity mockups. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business goals into simple, effective, and visually appealing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project goals, user needs, and business objectives.
Conduct user research, analyze insights, and define user journeys, personas, and workflows.
Translate conceptual ideas and business requirements into clear wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
Create visually compelling mockups and UI designs aligned with brand guidelines and usability best practices.
Apply strong UX thinking to identify and solve usability challenges.
Validate design solutions through feedback, usability testing, and iterative improvements.
Work with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints through reusable design patterns and style guides.
Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
Experience working in agile environments.
Ability to create basic interactive prototypes with front-end tech stacks.
