Role Overview

Were seeking a UI/UX Designer who can bridge the gap between user-centered product design and creative, brand-driven web design. You'll work on two parallel design tracks:

1. Product / Dashboard Design: Design modern, scalable interfaces for internal and client-facing SaaS applications (dashboards, analytics, campaign tools, and business systems).

2. Creative / Web Design: Design high-end marketing websites and product pages with motion, 3D visuals, and a futuristic aesthetic aligned with Avidions brand identity. This role is perfect for designers who combine clean, logical UX thinking with visual creativity and premium taste.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Design (SaaS / Dashboard / Application UI)

Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for complex web applications.

Create modern dashboards, tables, and data visualizations with excellent hierarchy and spacing.

Develop reusable design systems, components, and UI libraries in Figma.

Collaborate with backend and frontend developers (Next.js, Tailwind) for accurate handoff and consistency.

Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and clean information architecture across screens.

Conduct mini usability reviews to refine flows and reduce friction.

Creative / Marketing Design (Web & Visual)

Design landing pages, hero sections, and feature showcases for Avidions website and product pages.

Incorporate motion design (Lottie/GSAP) and 3D visuals (Spline/Blender) to enhance storytelling.

Maintain a consistent, premium aesthetic minimal, modern, futuristic.

Work closely with marketing and brand teams to align design with messaging.

Collaboration & Workflow

Work hand-in-hand with developers using Figma, Notion, and Git-based review processes.

Communicate design rationale clearly to non-design team members.

Stay updated with latest AI design tools, web trends, and UI frameworks.
