Utility Operator

You are a Utility Operator with 1-4 years of experience in utility operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of utility systems within a Textile Industry facility located in Sachin SURAT, Gujarat, India. As a Utility Operator, your key responsibilities include operating and maintaining utility systems such as HVAC, boilers, chillers, air compressors, and water systems. You will perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and monitor operational parameters of utility systems. Troubleshooting and repairing any issues to minimize downtime, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and collaborating with the maintenance team are also part of your duties. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, participate in emergency response activities, and assist in planning and executing utility system upgrades and improvements. To qualify for this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a technical certification in a related field being a plus. Strong knowledge of utility systems, ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics, excellent troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in a pharmaceutical environment are essential.
