Utilities OFS Consultant

Role Overview: As an experienced professional in the field of Oracle Field Service (OFS) or other leading Field Service Management (FSM) packages like Salesforce Field Service, ClickSoftware, IFS Clevest, etc., your responsibilities will include end-to-end implementations and lead roles in FSM implementation engagements. You will utilize your strong Oracle Utilities consulting experience to drive project solutions and demonstrate expertise in customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate hands-on OFS/FSM functional expertise in various areas of electric, gas, or water utility such as Scheduling and Dispatch, Rostering, Crew Management, Field Data Capture, GIS Integration, Routing, and Timesheets. - Integrate with Work Management / WACS, Human Capital Management (HCM), CC&B/C2M/CCS, and GIS applications. - Understand business requirements, provide solutions for different processes, and recommend innovative future solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs. - Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to lead workshops, demos, document business processes, and propose automation opportunities for enhanced operations. - Guide the overall solution development by understanding the fundamentals of the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF). - Utilize in-depth knowledge of OUAF, Database structure, and technical aspects to enhance solution development. - Possess any project management certification (PMP/PMI/Scrum/SAFe) or Oracle Utilities Certifications for added advantage. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in Oracle Field Service (OFS) or 5+ years in other leading Field Service Management (FSM) packages. - Proven track record with lead roles in FSM implementation engagements. - Strong Oracle Utilities consulting experience. - Ability to recommend new methods and automation opportunities for efficient business operation. - Understanding of Oracle Utilities Certifications in Oracle Utilities product suite is a plus.,
