You should have 3+ years of experience in Oracle Field Service (OFS) or 5+ years in other leading Field Service Management (FSM) packages like Salesforce Field Service, ClickSoftware, IFS Clevest, etc., with a background in end-to-end implementations. Demonstrated success with lead roles in FSM implementation engagements, including at least one full-cycle implementation, is required. Your role will involve utilizing strong Oracle Utilities consulting experience to drive project solutions and provide expert customer engagement. You must possess hands-on OFS/FSM functional expertise across various utility areas such as Scheduling and Dispatch, Rostering, Crew Management, Field Data Capture, Geographical Information System (GIS) Integration, Routing, and Timesheets. Experience in integrating with Work Management / WACS, Human Capital Management (HCM), CC&B/C2M/CCS, and GIS applications would be advantageous. As a candidate, you should be able to analyze business requirements, propose solutions for different business processes, and suggest innovative future solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for leading workshops, delivering demos, documenting business processes, and identifying automation opportunities for improved business operations. Familiarity with the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) fundamentals is essential for guiding overall solution development. In-depth knowledge of OUAF, Database structure, and technical expertise would be a plus. Possession of any project management certification (PMP/PMI/Scrum/SAFe) and Oracle Utilities Certifications in the product suite will be advantageous for this role.,
