You should have 3+ years of experience in Oracle Field Service (OFS) or 5+ years in other leading Field Service Management (FSM) packages like Salesforce Field Service, ClickSoftware, IFS Clevest, etc., with a background in end-to-end implementations. Demonstrated success with lead roles in FSM implementation engagements, including at least one full-cycle implementation, is required. Your role will involve utilizing strong Oracle Utilities consulting experience to drive project solutions and provide expert customer engagement. You must possess hands-on OFS/FSM functional expertise across various utility areas such as Scheduling and Dispatch, Rostering, Crew Management, Field Data Capture, Geographical Information System (GIS) Integration, Routing, and Timesheets. Experience in integrating with Work Management / WACS, Human Capital Management (HCM), CC&B/C2M/CCS, and GIS applications would be advantageous. As a candidate, you should be able to analyze business requirements, propose solutions for different business processes, and suggest innovative future solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for leading workshops, delivering demos, documenting business processes, and identifying automation opportunities for improved business operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee Oracle C2M solution implementation across CC&B, MDM, DACS, WACS, and WAM modules. You will be working with Groovy (the cloud-adapted version of Java) for development, customization, and integration tasks. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and configure Oracle DACS components using OUAF and Groovy. Customize workflows, business objects, and user interfaces within the OUAF framework. Develop and optimize scripts for cloud-based Oracle Utilities platforms. Troubleshoot and debug DACS-related issues in development and production. Collaborate with QA and integration teams to deliver robust utility solutions. Required Skills: Proficiency in Groovy and Java, especially for enterprise-level applications. Hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF). Experience with Oracle DACS. Understanding of utility domain, particularly device control, measurement, and monitoring.
