Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Utilities Domain Consultant with 7-14 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore and Hyderabad.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer information and billing systems.
Develop and maintain web applications and self-service portals for enhanced customer experience.
Analyze and optimize work and asset management processes to improve efficiency.
Implement smart grid technologies to enhance energy and utilities domain operations.
Provide expert advice on customer experience improvement strategies.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of customer information and billing systems, including smart metering and AMI.
Experience with web applications and self-service portals development.
Excellent understanding of work and asset management principles.
Familiarity with smart grid technologies and energy and utilities domain operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Notice period: Immediate - 20 years.
