Job Description

Collaborate with hiring managers
: Work with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Source and screen candidates
: Find and evaluate candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and cold outreach.
Conduct interviews
: Assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the recruitment process
: Oversee the entire process from initial contact through to offer negotiation.
Build a talent pipeline
: Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
Ensure legal compliance
: Make sure all recruitment activities comply with US or UK/EU employment laws and regulations.
Provide candidate experience
: Maintain timely and clear communication with candidates throughout the process.
Stay updated on market trends
: Keep informed about recruitment trends and best practices in the US or UK/EU markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the US or UK/EU market (e.g., 1-3 years).
Strong understanding of US or UK/EU employment laws and regulations.
Ability to work with diverse cultural contexts across different US or European countries.
