Key Responsibilities:

Design & Prototyping:

Work with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure.

Collaboration:

Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design into product development.
Advocate for user-centric design principles throughout the organization.

Usability Testing:

Plan, conduct, and analyze usability testing sessions to validate design decisions.

UX Strategy:

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in UX design.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Background:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related field.
Experience:
7-10 years of experience in UX design, user research, or related roles.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Familiarity with user research methodologies and tools.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Empathy for users and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

Preferred Skills:
