Job Description

The User Experience Sr. Analyst role is an intermediate level position where you will contribute significantly to the research, analysis, and design of digital products and systems. You will collaborate closely with Product and Technology teams to develop innovative and user-friendly digital products that provide an exceptional user experience. Your responsibilities will involve a wide range of activities, including research, ideation, design, and managing design systems to deliver interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs. The primary objective of the UX Design Group is to create streamlined, intuitive, and visually appealing products that meet our clients" needs effectively. You will work with the Lead UX, senior stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to brainstorm and develop ideas and solutions. Using tools like Figma and our established Design System, you will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. It is essential to ensure that your designs adhere to best practices and incorporate feedback from research and testing. As a User Experience Sr. Analyst, you will challenge existing norms to achieve the best outcomes for users. You should maintain a positive and constructive attitude when giving and receiving feedback. Delivering high-quality design assets and providing ongoing support to the engineering team will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will need to stay updated with the latest UX practices, tools, and innovations. Your qualifications should include a minimum of 8 years of industry experience in UX Design, strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and experience working on complex projects. A creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite are also required. Familiarity with Design Systems and ensuring designs comply with accessibility standards are essential aspects of the role. A Bachelor's degree is required for this position, with a preference for a Master's degree.
