User Experience Lead

You will be joining Intellect Design Arena Ltd, a global financial technology leader with a focus on providing intelligent solutions to financial institutions across 57 countries. As a UI/UX Designer Manager, your key responsibilities will include: - Upholding usability and user-centered design principles. - Applying design skills in an Agile environment. - Collaborating with project teams to gather user requirements through research and stakeholder interactions. - Defining business requirements related to user experience in coordination with various stakeholders. - Working with other UX designers to create innovative solutions. - Developing user flows, wireframes, and sitemaps. - Designing visually appealing mock-ups and UI assets in line with style guide standards. - Crafting a UX design strategy for products, encompassing visual design principles, color palette, typography, and more. - Recommending navigation solutions and interaction design patterns for enhanced user engagement. - Maintaining UX design specifications for each product and refining designs based on feedback and research. The qualifications and experience required for this role include: - A degree or diploma in Art, Architecture, Engineering, Design, or related fields. - 10+ years of experience in Product Management, UX Design, or similar roles. - Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Invision. - Strong grasp of User-Centered Design principles and responsive web design. - Experience with Mobile First methodology and designing for both mobile and desktop platforms. - Creative thinking abilities to develop innovative design solutions. - Understanding of HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, .net, React, and Angular would be advantageous. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced software environment and deliver on tight timelines. - Experience designing web and mobile solutions for enterprise platforms. - Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools and methodologies. - Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
