User Experience Engineer

Job Description

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions is looking for User Experience Engineer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. User Research: Conduct user research to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of employees when interacting with digital solutions. User Personas: Create user personas and user journey maps that represent different employee profiles and their interactions with the organization's systems. User Interface (UI) Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web-based applications, mobile apps, and other digital solutions. Usability Testing: Perform usability testing to gather feedback and insights from employees, identifying areas for improvement in the user experience. Information Architecture: Develop a clear information architecture that organizes content and features in a logical and user-friendly manner. Prototyping: Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and test the proposed solutions before development. Accessibility: Ensure that digital solutions are accessible to all employees, including those with disabilities, by adhering to accessibility standards and guidelines. Responsive Design: Design solutions that are responsive and adaptable to different devices and screen sizes, considering the diverse technology landscape within the organization. Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback mechanisms and surveys within digital solutions to collect continuous input from employees. Data Visualization: Design data dashboards and visualizations to help employees understand and make decisions based on complex data. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and software developers, to align employee solutions with business objectives. Project Management: Manage UX design projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the employee experience solutions. Skills and Qualities: User-Centered Design: A strong focus on designing solutions that meet the needs and expectations of employees. UI/UX Tools: Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software. Human-Computer Interaction: Understanding of HCI principles and best practices. Empathy: The ability to empathize with users and put yourself in their shoes to design solutions that address their challenges.
