User Experience Designer

As a Senior Experience Designer with 5 to 7 years of experience, located in Pune, you will utilize your advanced design skills to tackle complex design programs and products. Your role involves identifying design problems and opportunities within a brief, independently solving larger problems, and generating multiple design solutions with guidance. You will exhibit mastery of design tools, explore, refine, and document design solutions while adhering to design system guidelines, and participate in user insight gathering and analysis activities. Your responsibilities also include creating communications to share user insights, leveraging user insights in design solutions, and actively contributing to group dialogue and activities. You possess a keen eye for design and understand the importance of user-centric design. Your designs are not only visually appealing but also cater to user needs and preferences. Balancing the user and business perspectives comes naturally to you, and you excel in meeting the needs of partners while maintaining your unique vision. You believe in the power of diverse perspectives to drive innovative and groundbreaking designs. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience, along with four or more years of relevant work experience. Experience in end-to-end system design, high-fidelity prototyping, testing experiences, and user-centric design is essential. Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, a professional portfolio, or contributions to design programs or shipped products would be advantageous.,
