Summary: As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to gather insights, conducting user research, and applying design principles to enhance usability. You will also engage in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions that meet user needs while ensuring a seamless interaction with the product. Your role will require you to stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the user experience across multiple platforms. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and design sprints to foster creativity and innovation. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development Angular. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Angular. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. - Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. - Familiarity with usability testing methods and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Multiplatform Front End Development Angular. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
