User Experience Designer

As a Sr. UI Designer/UI Designer at our company, we are seeking individuals who possess exceptional creativity, collaboration skills, and a genuine passion for crafting outstanding consumer experiences with a focus on video and mobile platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to drive design strategy and approach, creating project deliverables that effectively communicate your UX strategy. This includes developing wireframes, storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate interaction and design ideas. You will be expected to develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, interaction flows, and visual mockups to clearly convey product intent and enhance user experience. In this role, you will be required to effectively communicate product usability issues and design options to team members and clients. You will play a key role in advocating for consistency in user interface design while aligning with customer-centric perspectives from Design, Usability, Content, Business, and Marketing viewpoints. Additionally, you will lead interaction design throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring that the final design deliverables are aligned with the intended vision. Desired Skills & Experience: - Years of experience are not a strict requirement, and educational background or professional associations are also not mandatory. - Deep experience in designing intuitive and delightful user experiences for websites and applications. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly in Photoshop, XD, and Sketch. - Strong understanding of visual branding concepts. - A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in mobile app UI/UX design and user-centric thinking. - Familiarity with iOS app design, Android app design, and adherence to Human Interface Guidelines for both platforms, including Material Design principles. - Strong work ethic, ability to meet deadlines, and excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. - Experience in UX wireframing and prototyping using tools like InVision, Balsamiq, or similar platforms.
