In this dynamic role, you ll be part of a growing User Experience team working on real-world digital products that solve user and business problems.You will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, project managers, QA) to align user experience goals with business and technical requirements, ensuring smooth design implementation.
- Lead user research activities and convert insights into clear wireframes, information architecture, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using tools like Figma and Miro.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct user and stakeholder research to identify product requirements and usability challenges.
- Translate research insights into wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
- Develop clear information architecture and organize digital content for usability.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, QA, and other designers throughout the design and development process.
- Present design concepts and user journeys to internal teams and stakeholders for feedback and alignment.
- Contribute to and maintain design systems while adhering to accessibility guidelines.
- Stay updated on trends in user experience, including AI-driven features like personalization and conversational interfaces.

- You will report to the Manager I, User Experience Design.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or a bachelor s/MCA/higher degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in User Experience Design across the full UX lifecycle.
- Proficiency in user research methods, including stakeholder interviews, heuristic evaluations, and desk research.
- Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma.
- Experience with information architecture and organizing digital content.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience applying inclusive design principles.
- Ability to communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of UX processes from discovery to final handoff.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS to assess technical feasibility.
- Exposure to AI-driven design trends like generative design tools, personalization, and conversational UI.
- Proficiency in using Miro for collaboration, ideation, and design workflows.
- Basic understanding of project/task management, Agile/Scrum processes.
- Certification in UX design is a plus.
