Job Description Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead UI/UX Designer with a strong background in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design and a deep understanding of Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design collaboration. You will play a key role in designing user-centered products that enhance user experience and drive business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process, from concept to final implementation. Wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to enhance product experience. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions. Ensure consistency in design systems, style guides, and design components. Translate business goals into user-friendly and engaging interfaces. Optimize existing UI/UX designs based on user feedback and analytics. Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprints and reviews. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency in Figma (auto-layouts, components, prototyping, design systems, etc.). Strong experience with user research, personas, journey mapping, and usability testing. Deep understanding of visual design principles, typography, and color theory. Experience with responsive and mobile-first design. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts (coding skills are a plus but not required). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Experience with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision Knowledge of motion graphics or micro-interactions. Experience working in a SaaS or product-based company
